The products - Our range of products has been sourced to meet the most common requirements of chairs and sofas sold in the UK over the last 25 years. They are described as accurately as possible, but you must satisfy yourself on receipt that they are correct for your furniture before fitting, and specifications may be changed by the part manufacturers and the furniture manufacturer may depart from established practice from time to time.

We reserve the right to change descriptions, prices and specifications shown on the website from time to time.

Product Availability - We try hard to have products is stock all the time. The stock availability shown on the website is usually accurate, but as this stock is being drawn upon by a number of users at the same time we cannot guarantee availability until the order is confirmed by us.

Payment and Prices - Payment is due at the time the order is placed. Payment on the internet my be made by Credit card. Your transaction is protected by SSL encryption (see privacy and security below). Refunds on items paid for by credit card will be credited back to the same card.Credit card payments will be shown as Lynplan Ltd on your statement. Prices include VAT but not postage and packing which is shown separately. Trade prices are available only to authorised trade accounts previously set up with us.

Delivery - We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days unless we inform you of a longer delivery time which sometimes happens for specially made items, items on back order, or specially ordered items.

Postage/Carriage - Prices are calculated by weight and are shown at the time of ordering. Next day delivery is available for most items at an additional charge - please call our sales office for the price for next day delivery.

Trade Customers - The provision of trade facilities is strictly to authorised trade businesses previously agreed with Furnifix. Trade account numbers must be kept confidential and facilities will be withdrawn if the account is misused.

Acceptance of Orders - Furnifix/Lynplan Ltd reserved the right to refuse to accept any order. An order is not valid until it has been confirmed in writing by us either by e-mail or letter.

Fabric Shades - Fabrics always vary slightly in shade from batch to batch, and differing visual display units will show colours with varying hues. If a precise shade is critical, please ask for a stock cutting when ordering.

Limitation of Liability - Furnifix/Lynplan Ltd is not liable for any damages beyond the price of the product. As the customer is purchasing parts to repair a product not made by us, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safety and suitability of the part proir to using or fitting it.

Privacy and Security - We will not share your information with any other organisation unless it is specifically related to the completion of your order. We will not pass on your information to anyone else for sales purposes. Sensitive information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which ensures your information is encrypted before the information even leaves your computer.
